Нарочка вчера я упустила один момент,без билетов вам визу никто не даст,вы узнайте это точно в Посольстве.Так что вам надо срочно уточнять дату и сказать что визу не дают без билетов ,и даже бронь билетов не поможет.Незнаю правда по приглашению они дадут вам визу без билетов или нет.

Это получается заколдованный треугольник: без билетов не дают визы, без визы Америка не дает даты приема в клинику, а без даты в Америку невозможно купить билеты. И что же делать?

3rd party individuals requested to collect another person’s documents are to present written statement signed by the applicant authorising the individual to pick up the passport and a clear copy of the owner’s photo identification document. For the groups – individual picking up passports for the whole group need to bring a written statement signed by all applicants.
For disabled applicants (age, illiterate or handicapped), their children or any third person may present a signed letter authorizing collection of the visa package as described in 2 above) and copies of their official identifications. The power of attorney may be signed by the applicant with an "x" or fingerprint if he or she cannot sign a name.
As the time it takes to adjudicate an applicant's case is at the sole discretion of the Consular Section, we cannot provide you any information regarding when your personal documents will be turned over to Aramex.

Если билеты и правда не нужны, то это супер. Потому что, чтобы предоставить хотя бы бронь билетов, нужно знать даты вылета в Америку для этой брони. А без вызова из Америки эта дата неизвестна.
Поэтому , Нарочка, если что, Вам наверное, нужно пробивать визу хотя бы по приглашению из Америки или же как то по-другому. Только так можно пробить этот заколдованный круг. Брать билеты на неизвестную дату очень рисковано, да и невозможно, потому что во второй раз Анонимы уже врядли смогут взять.
Поэтому , Нарочка, если что, Вам наверное, нужно пробивать визу хотя бы по приглашению из Америки или же как то по-другому. Только так можно пробить этот заколдованный круг. Брать билеты на неизвестную дату очень рисковано, да и невозможно, потому что во второй раз Анонимы уже врядли смогут взять.

Там ничего нету про билеты. Значить уже и бронь не нужна, что очень логично.
Нара Вы идите туда, думаю учитывая ситуация проблем создадут. Вообще посольство США очень легко и просто работает, без проблем.
